• 2 Brand Ambassadors (m/f/d) (EN/DE)

Event: IEM Cologne
Brand to be represented: Superfly

Dates and Times:

2 Brand Ambassadors (m/f/d)
• Virtual Training (remote): 1h briefing (date TBC)
• Onsite Training
• Event days

Tasks:
• Brand ambassador support during IEM Cologne
• Guest engagement and attendee interaction
• Representing the brand onsite
• Assisting with activations and crowd interaction
• Providing product/event information to attendees
• Supporting event flow and maintaining a strong brand presence throughout the event

Dress Code:
TBC by client (likely Business Formal attire)

Profile:
• Passionate about esports, gaming, and/or technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with gaming and esports communities
• Previous gaming/esports event experience is a strong plus
• Experience at IEM Cologne in previous years is highly preferred
• Fluent English required; German is a plus

Briefing:
• 1h virtual briefing prior to event week (date TBC)
• Mandatory onsite training on June 17th, 2026 from 14:00–17:00
