Messehost/ess (m/w/d) @ ECI Summit Munich

We are looking for a host/ess to support the smooth running of the Excellence in Customer Interaction (ECI) Summit 2025 – a high-level business event welcoming around 50 senior participants from across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and registering delegates at the front desk

• Managing the registration list and badge handout

• Playing presentation slides and managing session transitions

• Assisting speakers and the event team during the conference

• Being the go-to person for on-site questions and logistics

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English 

• Confident, organised, and presentable

• Comfortable using a laptop (PowerPoint/Keynote)

• Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus
