Wir suchen eine Hostess, die den Welcome Desk unseres Kunden Edwards Lifesciences am 12.11.2025 im Hotel Pullman München bekleiden kann. 

Voraussetzungen: communicative and with great organizational skills

Aufgaben:

• To Welcome guests
• Distribute badges to the participants – probably there will be different lanyards for TNTT and Surgical departments (to be confirmed on site)
• to provide guests with general information about the agenda
• Remind all the participants to wear their badge for the Welcome Reception at the hotel at 12th November and during the whole day on 13th and 14th November at TUM Klinikum
• To inform about Welcome Reception – 12th November at 19:00 – Bar area in the hotel (close to Theos restaurant) – privatized
• To inform about bus departure time on 13th November to TUM Klinikum – at 07:30 am
• To register for Mitral ViV Simulator Sessions at TUM Klinikum – hands on session - each session can accommodate up to 5 participants

Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse sind zwingend notwendig! Dresscode: Businesskleidung!
