We are an event technology company who provides on-site registration and check-in servicees to our global customers. We are working with our long standing client to deliver their event check-in and registration solution for their European conference in Stuttgart. 

The event will host approximately 500 people and we are required to check them in and provide them with an identity badge with the majority of people arriving within the 1st hour.

We are looking for local workers to help our international team with this project. 

Tasks you'll be required to undertake include:

• Meet and greet attendees as they arrive in a confident and friendly manner
• Assist them in scanning their ticket on our registration kiosks
• Assist them with obtaining their identity badge and lanyard
• Helping to answer any customer service queries

The Women's Automotive Network is our client and their event is business formal. You will be required to wear business formal attire. 

About you

No prior experience is necessary, although it would be an advantage. You will be confident, polite, and not shy. The environment can be very loud, and you will need to make yourself heard over noise. Bilingual (German (primary) and English) language required. During the first hour, the registration area will be very busy so it will be important that you are comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

If you have worked in restaurant / bar industry previously, then you already have these skills.

You will be hired on a 1.5 day contract with the first half day to attend training at the venue and one day for the live event. You will be supported by our team who will be responsible for you, our system, and our equipment. 

Shifts may end sooner based on demand, but you will be paid for the above shifts advertised in full.
