We are organizing the 4th Ship Navigation and Voyage Optimization Summit, a two-day maritime conference taking place on 07–08 October 2025 in Hamburg, Germany, at the Hamburg Marriott Hotel.

Program overview:

• Day 1: 15 speakers, 1 panel, 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, and 1 cocktail.

• Day 2: 10 speakers, 2 panels, 1 coffee break, and 1 lunch.

Photography requirements:
Each speaker’s presentation should have on average 5–6 photos. Panel sessions should also be covered. General shots of the hall and foyer should reflect a sense of full attendance. During Registration, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, and Cocktail, networking moments should be captured (conversations, foyer atmosphere, etc.). Photos of the exhibition stands and networking interactions should also be included. Typically, the total number of photos is at least 500–600, and more is always welcome.

Video requirements:

• Around 5–6 interviews will be recorded.

• Videos should be delivered in raw format only (no editing needed).

• Equipment required: light box, lapel microphone, and tripod stand.

Testimonials:
We do plan to include testimonial videos this year, as they are an important part of the event. Each testimonial will be around 3–3.5 minutes long and should feature event highlights such as speaker presentations, panels, networking, general hall atmosphere, coffee breaks, lunch, and cocktail.
