Event Helper – Dismantling Trade Fair Stand (Ambiente 2026)

We are a handicrafts manufacturing company from Bangladesh that participated in the Ambiente Trade Fair 2026. We need an energetic and organized helper to assist our team in dismantling our exhibition stand and preparing our products for warehouse storage. 

Your main tasks will include:

• Product Packaging: Carefully packing our handcrafted products into cardboard boxes.
• Stand Dismantling: Assisting in taking down spotlights, shelves, and fabric rods.
• IKEA Furniture: Dismantling IKEA tables, chairs, and wall shelves and repacking them securely.
• Pallet Organization: Arranging the packed boxes onto a standard pallet (120x80 cm) to ensure stability for transport. Our logistics provider will assist with the final wrapping.

Requirements:

• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory for communication with our team.
• Tools: You must bring basic hand tools (screwdriver set/cordless screwdriver) suitable for removing screws and dismantling furniture.
• Organization: Must be diligent in keeping all screws and small parts safely labeled/stored with their respective items for future re-installation.
• Supplies to Bring: Please bring adhesive packing tape and 25 packs of 10g Desiccant (Silica Gel) packets.
  -Note: Please keep the store receipt/bill for these items; we will reimburse you in cash on-site for the material costs.
