2. Who or what are you looking for?
We are looking for a reliable and independent person to coordinate operations on site for the entire four-day duration of the international trade event Salon du Montage during the Berlinale.

3. Job description:
The role involves overall coordination of the event, welcoming and looking after speakers and guests, monitoring the schedule, organizing meals, providing technical support for film screenings and video conferences (Zoom), image documentation, and independently solving problems during the event. The aim is to ensure that all program items run smoothly and professionally.

4. Role/requirement profile:
We are looking for a structured, discreet, and efficient individual with experience in coordinating cultural or film events. Very good self-organization skills, a confident, friendly manner, resilience, and the ability to work independently are important. Basic technical knowledge (projection, Zoom) is required. Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite, French is an advantage. The focus is entirely on the functionality and smooth running of the event.
