Creating a Record Store Vibe for Our Business Guests

RCA is bringing something unexpected to IFA Berlin. Our booth will channel the energy of an American-style record store, designed specifically for our business-to-business guests.

We are looking for a confident, vibrant hostess who can create an experience that feels warm, authentic, and memorable. This role blends hospitality, service, and brand storytelling for a high-stakes B2B audience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and hosting business guests in a casual but professional atmosphere
• Personally inviting sales partners and VIP clients into the booth
• Serving popcorn and drinks exclusively to our B2B visitors
• Playing vinyl records through headphones or speakers to help set the tone
• Offering relaxed, brand-aligned messaging about RCA and our unique space
• Supporting the sales atmosphere with energy, ease, and attentiveness

This is a hospitality and brand experience role. You will be the face and the personality of the booth.

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine enthusiasm for American culture and lifestyle
• Experience interacting with business clients or VIP guests
• Background in B2B hospitality or sales support is highly valued
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Polished, confident presence with a warm and engaging personality
• Individual style, tattoos, or alternative looks welcome but not required

Schedule

• Training Day: Thursday, September 4, from 15:00 to 17:00
• Event Days: Friday, September 5 to Tuesday, September 9
• Daily Working Hours: 9:45 to 17:00

Uniform and Attire

• We will provide an RCA-branded top to match the booth vibe
• Please wear your own clean, comfortable sneakers
• We aim to provide black or dark sweatpants for all team members
• If we are unable to supply the correct size, we may ask you to wear your own jeans instead. This will be confirmed with you in advance
