Messehost/ess (m/w/d) @ Security Essen 2026

We are looking for a friendly and confident English- and German-speaking host/hostess (m/f/d) for our booth at Security Essen 2026.

Main Tasks
Welcome and engage booth visitors.
Start conversations when the founder is busy.
Provide basic information about MyVMS after prior training.
Invite visitors to product demonstrations.
Manage visitors waiting to speak with the founder.
Collect business cards/contact details and distribute brochures.
Keep the reception area organized.

Requirements
Fluent English and German.
Confident and natural communication with strangers.
Professional and friendly appearance.
Comfortable initiating conversations and handling several visitors.
Willing to learn our basic product story and booth scripts before the exhibition.

No technical expertise or sales experience is required. Detailed technical questions, demonstrations, pricing and commercial discussions will be handled by the founder.

The main goal is to make sure every booth visitor is welcomed and attended to.
