Business Representative & Market Intelligence Assistant (Artificial Trees)

Project: Ambiente & Christmasworld (Frankfurt) Company: Zhongshan Dryads Crafts Ltd / Dryads Artificial Plants

As a temporary helper, you support our team with various activities. You help wherever there is a need and show flexibility and commitment.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Active Lead Generation & Real-time Triage:

  • Systematically navigate the Floristry & Garden sections of Ambiente & Christmasworld, with a mandatory focus on Hall 8.0 and Hall 11.1.

  • Execute a "Photo-First" workflow: Photograph every booth encountered that features artificial plants and send it to the manager for immediate confirmation.

  • Based on confirmation, either perform a standard collection of business cards and physical catalogs or proceed to deeper engagement with target exhibitors (primarily manufacturers and wholesalers of artificial plants and trees).

  • Act as a company representative to initiate professional dialogues with high-priority prospects to determine if they currently import from China and whether their supply chain is concentrated in Guangdong or Zhejiang.

  • Introduce our company’s manufacturing scale and professional advantages and exchange physical business cards provided by our office.

• Trend & Competitor Analysis:

  • Research and document the latest trends for artificial trees, specifically inquiring about and recording technical certifications such as UV-protection and Fire-retardant (B1) ratings.

  • Critically observe and record innovations in trunk textures, bark craftsmanship, and emerging design aesthetics.

• Comprehensive Visual Documentation:

  • Capture high-definition photographs of the overall booth layout and featured style lists for all booths specializing in artificial trees.

  • Capture extreme close-up HD shots focusing on technical craftsmanship, specifically leaf-to-branch connections, realistic trunk detailing, and creative booth display designs.

• Business Inquiry / Mystery Shopping:

  • Engage with exhibitors under a "Mystery Shopper" persona to gather competitive market intelligence.

  • Inquire about and record Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and the latest product launches for the new season.

2. Requirements

• Highly Proactive: Must possess the confidence and outgoing personality required to initiate professional business conversations and the drive to secure high-value business cards.

• Business Communication Excellence: Capable of demonstrating professional business etiquette while acting as an official representative for initial cooperation discussions.

• Sharp Strategic Observation: Ability to identify high-traffic booths, analyze their competitive strengths, and pinpoint major global traders and large-scale wholesalers.

• Equipment: Must use your high-definition camera or a high-end smartphone

• Preferred Background: Educational or professional experience in International Trade, Interior Design, or Art is highly preferred.
