We are looking for a friendly and energetic host or hostess to join the Midtronics team at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, one of Europe's largest automotive trade shows.

Your main responsibility is to make our visitors feel genuinely welcome. That means greeting people with a smile, having a light and friendly chat, offering drinks and snacks, and contributing to a warm and professional atmosphere on our stand. There are no hard sales targets or technical knowledge required. What matters most is your personality, your energy, and your ability to make people feel at ease.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and greeting visitors to the stand
• Coordinating and managing visitor meetings via our online booking system (Microsoft Bookings) — confirming appointments, assigning visitors to the private meeting room or booth tables based on availability, and keeping the meeting schedule running smoothly
• Offering drinks and snacks and keeping the hospitality area tidy
• Having friendly conversations with visitors and making them feel comfortable
• Supporting the team with general stand coordination where needed
• Contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the booth

 What we are looking for:

• A warm, approachable personality with a natural ability to connect with people
• Comfortable working with a digital planning/booking tool (Microsoft Bookings) — prior experience is not required, as we will provide a short briefing before the show
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, international trade show environment
• English language skills required; German is a plus
• Experience in hospitality, events, or trade shows is welcome but not required

What to wear:

We keep it simple and comfortable. Please wear a light blue or white button-up shirt with black or dark trousers or jeans. A comfortable dress in white or blue is also perfectly fine. Wear whatever you feel most confident and at ease in.
