We are looking for a dynamic Trade Fair Assistant / Sales Host (m/f/d) to support our booth at the upcoming exhibition.

Date: 29/Jan - 1/Feb (total 4 days)
Time: 10:00-16:00 (will have lunch time)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and introducing our brand
- Learning our company brand and products using the provided material beforehand (we Gudee will do the short-training for the part-time assistant/sales host)
- Identifying visitor profiles and business categories (e.g., Buyer, Retailer, Importer, Distributor)
- Engaging with visitors, understanding their needs, and providing basic international trade sales support
- Accurately recording customer contact details, inquiries, and required products
- Assisting our core sales team with product presentations and sample handling

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge or experience in international trade / sales or design is a plus
- Fluent in German/Deutsch is must & English (as you will regularly participate in customer discussions); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills

Dress code: Black trousers with a white shirt, or a professional trouser suit with a white blouse/top.
