We are organizing the 4th Ship Navigation and Voyage Optimization Event, a two-day maritime conference taking place on 07-08 October 2025 in Hamburg, Germany, at the Hamburg Marriott Hotel. As part of our preparations, we are seeking a hostess to assist during the event.

Role Details:

• Location: Hamburg Marriott Hotel, Hamburg, Germany

• Dates & Hours: 07–08 October 2025 |1st day 08:00-17:00 | 2nd day 09:00-16:00 (please arrive 30 minutes early each day)

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests, providing information, issuing ID badges, and managing registration.

• Assisting in the conference hall, including distributing microphones during Q&A sessions and offering general support to attendees.

• Supporting event flow during two coffee breaks and one lunch break each day.
