Ensure all meetings are prompt and located in correct spaces, meeting tool knowledge of daily meeting schedules, meeting check in, & lead retrieval process 

As you will also occasionally be talking to customers, fluent English is a must and other language skills are an advantage. We expect you to look smart in black trousers and a white shirt, or in a trouser suit and white blouse.
