Dear Team,

I hope you are doing well.

We are Showmania OÜ, an Estonia-based company affiliated with O2MEA Communications, a marketing and creative agency based in Europe and the Middle East.

We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a reliable supplier in Europe for corporate usher services to support our clients at exhibitions and events.

We currently have an upcoming project at Power Transmission & Distribution Technology, Köln 2026, for which we require a trade fair host/hostess (m/f/d) for 3 days with the following qualifications:

Fluent in both English and German.

Well-spoken, professional, and presentable.

Formally dressed.

Friendly and welcoming, with the ability to assist with food and beverage (F&B) services when needed.

Could you please share your quotation for the 3 days, along with the available ushers' profiles and photos, so we can review the options and select a suitable candidate?

We would also appreciate receiving your rates and service details for future exhibition and event requirements.

We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully building a successful business relationship.

Best regards,
Walaa Taiseer
