About Survalyzer

Survalyzer is a leading survey platform that helps organizations collect meaningful feedback and turn it into better decisions. Our flexible survey software enables businesses to create professional surveys, gather insights from employees and customers, and improve experiences through reliable data.

For our presence at a leading HR event, we are looking for an enthusiastic Event Host / Brand Ambassador (m/f/d) to represent Survalyzer and create a welcoming experience for visitors.

Your role

As the first point of contact, you will represent Survalyzer in a friendly, confident, and professional way.

Your main responsibility is to proactively approach visitors, start conversations, and briefly explain what Survalyzer does. When visitors show interest, you will invite them to our booth, encourage them to attend our live presentation, and introduce them to one of our team members. Offering visitors a coffee and creating a positive first impression are also part of your role.

Your goal is simple: create meaningful conversations and help bring as many relevant visitors as possible to our booth and presentation.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people and feels comfortable approaching visitors throughout the day.

You are:

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident.
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Proactive and energetic.
• Professional and well-presented.
• Interested in technology and digital products.

Previous experience as a hostess, brand ambassador, or in a customer-facing role is a plus. Experience with surveys or market research is welcome but not required.

Language requirements

• Excellent German is essential.
• Good English communication skills.

Interview process
Please note that all interviews will be conducted in English.

Dress code

Smart casual is the preferred dress code. We aim for a professional but approachable look, such as dark jeans with a neat shirt or blouse. Business attire is not required, but casual or worn clothing is not suitable.
