We have a stand at the Audience Success conference, but our representative doesn't speak German, so we'd like a host/ess to be able to greet people coming to the stand, and introducing our representative who will take over the conversation if they are comfortable with English.

Ideally, the host/ess will also be able to circulate a bit and initiate conversations, then lead them to the stand.

Most people at the conference will be from theatres or concert halls - and they are all very relaxed and friendly.
