We are looking for a friendly and proactive Exhibition Host / Hostess (m/f/d) to support our reception desk during the first three days of Electronica. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors at our booth.

Key Tasks

• Warmly greet incoming trade fair visitors at the reception counter.

• Identify visitor inquiries and direct them to the correct team member or booth area.

• Provide light administrative and support duties at the reception area.

Requirements

• Professional, open, and welcoming demeanor.

• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).

• Prior experience in trade fair support, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

• Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed appearance.
