Conference Host / Hostess (m/f/d) – International Business Conference | Berlin

We are looking for professional and friendly event hosts/hostesses to support our international business conference in Berlin. The event brings together senior professionals and industry leaders from across Europe.

The role includes welcoming delegates, assisting with the registration desk, guiding attendees to sessions and meeting areas, distributing conference materials, and supporting the event team to ensure the conference runs smoothly.

One host/hostess will also assist the conference moderator and speakers by managing presentation slides during the sessions (opening presentations, switching slides, and supporting speakers if needed).

You will be interacting with senior professionals from international companies, so a confident, organized and service-oriented attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and registering conference attendees
• Providing information and guiding guests to sessions and meeting areas
• Distributing badges and conference materials
• Supporting the moderator and speakers with PowerPoint presentations during sessions
• Assisting the event team with general coordination throughout the event

Requirements

• Fluent English (additional languages such as German are a plus)
• Basic PowerPoint and laptop skills required
• Professional appearance and friendly personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual

Dress Code

Business style – black trousers or skirt with a white shirt/blouse.
