We are looking for an English-speaking exhibition hostess for our booth at GITEX Europe Berlin.

We are a software development company (Floating Dots) offering:

Custom web & mobile development
Team / staff augmentation
Product development from idea to launch
AI-powered solutions

The hostess will:

Welcome and approach visitors at the booth
Ask simple qualifying questions (training provided)
Briefly explain what we do (simple pitch provided)
Direct interested visitors to our team
Help collect basic contact information from potential leads

This is not a passive role — we are looking for someone proactive, communicative, and comfortable initiating conversations.

Language requirements:

Fluent English (mandatory)
German is a plus

Profile:

Friendly, confident, and proactive
Comfortable speaking with business professionals
Ideally previous experience at exhibitions / trade fairs

Outfit:

Business casual (clean, professional look — no promotional costumes)

Bonus (optional but good to add):
Experience in tech events or basic understanding of software/IT is a plus.

We will provide a short training and script — ability to learn and communicate clearly is more important than deep technical knowledge.
