Messehost/ess (m/w/d) @ SMM Hamburg 2026

We are looking for a proactive and professional hostess to support our team during the SMM exhibition in Hamburg.

Dates: 4 consecutive exhibition days
Location: Hamburg Messe, Germany

Your tasks:

• Welcome visitors to our stand in a friendly and professional way
• Approach passing visitors and invite relevant guests onto the stand
• Offer coffee, drinks or refreshments to visitors
• Support with first contact and general hospitality
• Identify potential leads and connect visitors with our sales team
• Keep the stand presentable and organised during the day
• Assist the team with light support tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Fluent German and good English (spoken)
• Confident, communicative and outgoing personality
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Comfortable approaching visitors proactively
• Experience at trade fairs, events or hospitality is preferred
• Reliable and punctual
