We are looking for a professional, friendly and proactive trade fair host/hostess (m/f/d) to support our team during an upcoming exhibition.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors to our stand.
• Proactively invite attendees to visit our stand.
• Offer visitors coffee, tea and other refreshments.
• Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Assist with basic visitor registration and direct visitors to the appropriate team member when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Experience at trade fairs or events is preferred.

Dress code:
Business attire (e.g. a white shirt or blouse with black trousers or a skirt, and smart shoes or heels).
