We are looking for dedicated stagehands (m/f/d) for an event. Your tasks will include: assisting with setting up and dismantling the event, rearranging and placing event equipment, looking after and supporting guests on site, as well as general organizational tasks during the event. You can wear casual clothing, such as jeans and a T-shirt, to work and should be physically fit/resilient.

We are looking for a sales assistant (m/f/d) to help us out in our shop. You will be working in sales and sorting products, stocking goods or other tasks. You should have experience in retail or ideally in sales. Fluency in English is helpful for the job from time to time, but not a mandatory requirement.

As a professional hairstylist and trade fair host/hostess (m/f/d), you will represent the Wavytalk brand, welcome visitors to the booth, and provide information about our products and services.

Pre-show Preparation — August

1. Attend remote product training to understand Wavytalk’s key products, styling functions, and product positioning.

2. Prepare simple, visually appealing hairstyles suitable for quick booth demonstrations.

3. Align with the team on demo flow, key product talking points, and estimated styling time per visitor.

On-site Responsibilities:

A. Live Styling Demonstrations

1. Provide live hairstyling demonstrations using Wavytalk tools at the booth.

2. Create quick and attractive styles that showcase the product’s key benefits, such as volume, smoothness, shine, waves, curls, or frizz control.

3. Adjust styling techniques based on each visitor’s hair type and preferred look.

B. Visitor Experience & Engagement

1. Invite visitors to try the products and offer basic styling suggestions.

2. Explain product usage methods, styling tips, and key benefits in a simple and engaging way.

3. Help create an interactive and professional booth experience that encourages visitors to stay longer and engage with the brand.

C. Content & Visual Support

1. Support photo and video capture by creating camera-friendly styling moments.

2. Assist the team in capturing before-and-after results, live demo clips, and visitor experience content when needed.

3. Maintain a polished and professional styling area that reflects the brand image.

4. By accepting this job, you consent to the creation of photo and video recordings of your person during the assignment and their subsequent use for commercial purposes.

D. Styling Area Management

1. Keep styling tools, mirrors, combs, clips, and accessories clean, organized, and ready for use.

2. Follow basic hygiene and safety standards during product demonstrations.

3. Coordinate with booth staff to manage demo timing, visitor flow, and queue order.

We are a small company and are looking for a host/ess (m/f/d) for our exhibition booth. About the Client & Technology: You will be representing C-RAD, a company specializing in advanced Radiation Therapy solutions for cancer treatment. Their system uses entirely safe, radiation-free light projection on the skin to monitor patient positioning.

Main Tasks:

• Simulate a Patient: You will lay on a treatment table during live 15-minute customer demos.

• Breath Control: During the brief demos, you will be asked to breathe deeply and hold your breath for 15 seconds at a time so the light projectors can detect your chest movement.

• Booth Engagement: When no customers are visiting the booth, you are completely free to stand up, relax, and move around.

Profile Requirements:

• Height: Maximum 170 cm (due to the length of the simulation table).

• Visuals: Preferably no glasses to avoid projector light reflection (contact lenses are perfectly fine).

Dress Code:

• Plain black leggings or trousers.
