➤ 10 month employed at heycar in Dealer Operation Management, focus on the following responsibilities:
• representing dealer & supply operations in projects, and sparring sessions with
internal Sales, and Business Development Teams through digital and analog
support channels
• administrative onboarding of car dealerships, as well as technical implementa-
tion of their stock for heycar products in coordination with in-, and external
stakeholders
• technical quality assurance of vehicle stock to comply with heycar standards
and improve the data quality of dealers’ stock
• regular reporting on team KPI’s
• definition and constant optimization of internal processes
• building reports for in-, and external use in SalesForce
• a selection of tools relevant for the daily operations are e.g. SalesForce, Hub-
Spot, Looker, Redash, AWS

heycar unites all relevant used car related mobility aspects for car users in a digital ex-
perience and chauffeurs them through the entire car lifecycle. The company’s goal is to
disrupt the used car marketplace in Europe by connecting cars and financial services.
heycar was founded in 2017 and is run by the Mobility Trader GmbH.

➤ I graduated in May 2023 with a degree in International Business and a final grade of 2.3 at the European University Viadrina. Moreover I did a 6-month semester abroad in Greece (Thessaloniki)

➤ 6-month internship in hotel and tourism management in Zanzibar (Tanzania, Africa) in different working fields: personal planing, accounting, waiter/barkeeper ,... (October 2017 till April 2018)

➤ More than 90 jobs, arranged by InStaff & Jobs GmbH, in the areas of office, customer survey, promotion, retail, hostess, event helper, commissioning etc. with above-average customer ratings.

➤ Language skills: English (C1), Spanish (A2), French (A1), Swahili (B1)
